Our Story

From Systems to Seams

My mother sewed through the nights while I slept. I played beside her machine, learning that precision and patience can build something that lasts.
Years later, I managed national retail and payment systems — optimizing networks of financial hardware, deadlines, and data. Everything was measurable, traceable, and efficient.
Until one statistic stopped me.

Latvia produces more than 15 000 tons of textile waste every year — and only 1 % of clothing worldwide is ever recycled into new fabric.

That number changed everything.

Relearning Creation

While completing my MBA in Circular Economy & Social Entrepreneurship, I realized that the problem wasn’t just waste — it was design itself.
Clothes were built on fossil-based fibers, synthetic linings, and polyester threads. Even “sustainable” garments contained plastic at their core.

So, I decided to start at the first stitch.
I reopened my mother’s old sewing machine, cleaned it, and began to relearn how things are made. The first piece — a "Baltic sea" blue linen skirt — reminded me how it feels when materials breathe, age, and return to earth naturally.

Evidence over Adjectives

ELADOBA was born from that experiment.
A system for making clothes with the same rigor I once applied to payment technologies — precise, transparent, and measurable.

We design capsule-wardrobe essentials made-to-order in Riga from 100 % certified natural European fabrics. Every component — thread, lining, interlining, even labels — is biodegradable.
Each garment is engineered for minimal waste (< 2 %), documented through our full supply chain, and repairable for life.

Why It Matters

Fast fashion promised access; it delivered excess.
ELADOBA proves another model is possible: transparent, circular, and profitable without compromise.

What we publish:

  • Price breakdowns — including margins

  • Verified suppliers & fabric certificates

  • Monthly sustainability & financial impact reports

Because transparency isn’t a slogan — it’s infrastructure for trust.

For Those Who Value Data and Design

Our community is built of evidence-based professionals who live by the “buy less, buy better” philosophy — people who manage systems by day and expect integrity from what they wear.

ELADOBA exists for them: garments crafted with measurable impact, timeless design, and zero synthetics.
Pieces that last, repair easily, and return to Earth as gracefully as they were made.

ELADOBA — engineered like a system, worn like a statement.
Made in Europe | 100 % natural | Zero waste documented
